How much can I earn from referring a surrogate through Royal Surrogacy's surrogate referral program?

At Royal Surrogacy, surrogates can earn up to $5,000 when they refer someone who becomes a surrogate with us. Depending on where they live, our current referral bonuses are: $5,000 if your referral resides in California and $3,000 if your referral resides outside of California.

When exactly do I get paid after a successful surrogate referral?

Your bonus is paid after your referral successfully matches with intended parents, signs the legal agreement, and confirms pregnancy.

Is there a limit to how many women I can refer?

There is no limit! Refer as many wonderful women as you'd like. Each successful referral earns you a bonus.

What if my referral doesn't qualify?

Unfortunately, not everyone meets the requirements necessary to be a surrogate. In the case where a woman you referred does not qualify, there is no penalty or cost to you. However, we only provide compensation bonuses for candidates who complete the full qualifying process.

Do I need to be a current or former Royal Surrogate to refer someone?

While our community of surrogates makes the best ambassadors, anyone who knows a great candidate is welcome to refer her.

How It Works

Step 1: Share the Opportunity with a Friend

Tell a friend or family member about Royal Surrogacy. If they're interested in becoming a surrogate, encourage them to apply on our Online Application form.

Step 2: Your Friend Applies

Have your friend submit an application at:

www.myroyalbabies.com/apply-now-surrogates

From there, we'll review her application and make sure she's eligible.

If your friend qualifies, our team will guide them through the process just like we did for you! Our team will guide her throughout the entire Surrogate Process from screening and matching to legal clearance.

Step 4: You Get Paid

Once your referral completes the following, your referral bonus will be processed:

✅ Signs the legal agreement
✅ Confirms pregnancy
