The Process

Intended Parents

The duration of the surrogacy process can vary based on several factors, such as the success of IVF treatments and your specific requirements for a surrogate. Typically, it spans around 14-20 months from your first consultation. Below is a general outline of the surrogacy process:

1
Initial Consultation

Start your journey with a tailored 30 or 60-minute video consultation. During this session, we’ll discuss your fertility goals and design a customized surrogacy plan. We will walk you through our services and answer any questions you may have.

4
Matching with Your Surrogate

You’ll have the opportunity to meet potential surrogates via video calls. Once a match is found, you’ll sign a retainer agreement with us and officially begin the surrogacy process.

2
IVF

If you haven’t created embryos yet, our IVF Management Program will guide you through the process. We will help you choose the best IVF clinic and provide dedicated support to ensure everything goes smoothly.

5
Medical Clearance

Your surrogate will undergo a comprehensive medical evaluation at your IVF clinic. We will coordinate the entire process, including test scheduling and travel arrangements, to confirm she’s ready for embryo transfer.

3
Surrogate Screening

Our rigorous screening process aligns with the highest standards set by your IVF clinic. We ensure that all potential surrogates have passed thorough medical evaluations, psychological assessments, background checks, and other necessary steps.

6
Legal Clearance

Next, we’ll guide you through the drafting of the Gestational Surrogacy Agreement. We’ll help you select a qualified reproductive attorney to ensure all legal aspects are in order. Both parties will then review and sign the contract.

7
Embryo Transfer

Over a 4-6 week period, the surrogate will be prepared for the embryo transfer through prescribed medications. We’ll manage all appointments and any necessary travel during this stage.

8
Pregnancy

Approximately 1-2 weeks after the transfer, a pregnancy test will confirm the results, followed by an ultrasound to detect the baby’s heartbeat. After the first trimester, the surrogate will continue her care with an OB. We’ll provide regular updates on her and the baby’s health, and by the 20th week, we’ll begin legal preparations for your parental rights. As the 35-week mark approaches, we’ll help you get ready for your baby’s arrival.

9
Welcoming Your Baby

Once your baby is born, we’ll assist with obtaining essential post-birth documents, particularly for international parents. We’ll also arrange travel logistics for your journey home with your new child.
