Before you begin again
Physical and emotional health. Talk with your OB/GYN and get medical clearance. Make sure you are ready for the time and energy another journey takes.
Time since your last delivery. Most medical guidance recommends waiting about 6–12 months after delivery before another embryo transfer, so your body can fully heal.
Support at home. Make sure your partner, children and loved ones are ready for another round of appointments and travel.

VIP surrogate program
Our VIP program is for returning carriers who have shown compassion, commitment and excellence. VIPs get priority matching, white-glove support, our most competitive compensation and an extra $5,000.
Starting qualifications
- Age 21–30
- BMI under 30
- At least one previous surrogacy
- No more than 3 pregnancies and deliveries
- U.S. citizen
- Mental and medical clearance
