Vivian holds a Master’s degree in Translation and is a certified medical interpreter in the United States. For over 20 years, she has built a successful career as a language and cross-cultural communication consultant, working with healthcare providers, hospitals, and global organizations. Her transition into the fertility field was both natural and intentional—driven by a passion for bridging communication gaps and a desire to make a meaningful difference in people’s lives.

Since entering the third-party reproduction field nearly nine years ago, Vivian has personally served close to 1,000 intended parents from across the globe. Her clients consistently describe her as knowledgeable, thoughtful, and deeply compassionate. Whether guiding first-time parents or supporting returning families, she approaches every interaction with respect, transparency, and cultural sensitivity.

At Royal, Vivian leads the agency’s strategic direction and oversees its operational and client service teams. She works closely with intended parents, surrogates, egg donors, clinics, attorneys, and escrow providers to ensure that every journey is ethically grounded, legally sound, and emotionally supported. Her background in certified medical translation also allows her to precisely navigate complex clinical documentation—ensuring clarity, accuracy, and trust throughout every step.
