Her Story

Throughout her career in the industry, Yadira has worn many hats, beginning in accounting and later transitioning into intake coordination, case management, and egg donation coordination. Her well-rounded background and dedication quickly led her to senior leadership roles, serving as General Manager and Lead Manager before stepping into her current position at Royal Surrogacy. This journey has provided her with a 360-degree understanding of the surrogacy process from every angle, professionally and personally.

Yadira is also a proud mother of three and has been happily married for nearly 15 years. Beyond her professional work, she has a deeply personal bond with the surrogacy world, having been a surrogate mother three times and currently on her fourth journey. This lived experience is what fuels her passion every single day. She knows firsthand the beauty, challenges, and emotional depth of the journey, and uses that knowledge to guide and support everyone who walks through Royal Surrogacy’s doors.

In her role as Program Director, Yadira oversees the Surrogacy and Egg Donation Program. She leads and supports the intake, case management, and accounting departments while also working directly with intended parents, surrogates, and egg donors. She ensures each team member feels confident and empowered in their role, fostering a collaborative and compassionate environment built on trust and shared purpose.

Her leadership approach is deeply rooted in empathy and understanding. Whether working with surrogates, egg donors, or intended parents, Yadira ensures that each individual feels heard, valued, and cared for. Under her guidance, the team works closely with escrow companies, IVF clinics, and legal professionals to make sure every journey is smooth, transparent, and handled with the highest level of care and professionalism.

At the core of Yadira’s mission is a simple yet powerful goal: to help as many families as possible experience the joy of parenthood. She believes that every person embarking on the surrogacy or egg donation journey deserves a safe, respectful, and supportive space because building a family is one of life’s most profound and meaningful milestones.
