There is no universal legal limit, but medical guidelines and agency policies typically recommend no more than 5 total pregnancies (including your own children) and no more than 2–3 surrogacy journeys. Your OBGYN's recommendation is the most important factor.

We recommend waiting approximately 3 months after a vaginal delivery before starting another surrogacy cycle. After a C-section, a longer recovery period may be advised by your doctor. Always follow your OBGYN's guidance.
