After matching, both parties receive separate legal representation to draft and review the surrogacy agreement. This contract covers compensation, parental rights, medical decisions, and "what if" scenarios. Your attorney will also secure a pre- or post-birth order to ensure you are recognized as the legal parents.

A surrogate can choose to step away before contracts are signed—and we respect that this major decision requires complete certainty. However, once the legal agreement is executed, she is fully committed to the journey, and the contract is legally binding.
